Our wonderful facilities include 4 treatment rooms, with one dedicated to couples with a shower and plunge pool, and one including a large bath tube and a Vichy Shower. We also offer the use of bathrooms/ changing rooms with showers, a cosy relaxation lounge to enjoy tea and refreshments, and a reception/retail area, all BALINESE STYLE.

Our treatment menu features AROMATHERAPY MASSAGES (relaxing or deep tissue), CUSTOMISED FACIALS, SIGNATURE PACKAGES (including hydrotherapy with bath and/or vichy shower, and options for men, couples, and groups) and indeed TROPICAL BEAUTY SERVICES (waxing, lashes and brow, nails and body treatments).

You will be so relaxed that you might not want to leave… before you go feel free to use one of the 2 heated pools of the resort...
Our Booking and Cancellation Policy
If you've got an appointment booked, please arrive 15min before to give yourself time to fill up your consultation form and getting changed (if necessary), and to avoid a reduction of your treatment duration.
All bookings need to be prepaid at least 48h before the treatment time. You can reschedule your booking or cancelling with a minimum of 48h notice without fee (and get refunded if you already paid for it). Bookings cancelled within 48hrs will incur a 50%cancellation fee, while cancellations made within 12h and "no shows" will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Rescheduling with less than 12hours notice may incure a fee. Cancellation fee always applies on bookings that have already been previously rescheduled.

Please note that we charge 2% card payment fee, 5% surcharge for bookings before/after operating hours, 10% surcharge on Saturday, 15% surcharge on Sunday and 20% surcharge on Public Holidays bookings.

Our Owner, Manon
Trained at Peyrefitte Internationale Schools of Aesthetic in Lyon and Aix-les-Bains (France), she has a Diploma in Beauty Therapy and a Bachelor Degree in Massage, Hydrotherapy and Spa Management.
She has been living in Port Douglas since 2012, for what was meant to be initially a few months work placement. She decided to stay here for good, became permanent resident then Australian Citizen and later even got married in Port Douglas. This is definitely her home now !
She later got trained in the Art of Cupping and in Pregnancy and Infant Massage in Australia, to extend her knowledges.
She describes herself as polyvalent, experienced, passionate and a genuine therapist.
She has been working in almost every spas in Port Douglas during these years, and especially at Pullman Sea Temple and Niramaya for quite a while.
Finalist at the Port Douglas Business & Tourism Awards as Best Masseuse in 2015, 2016 and 2019, and Runner-up as Best Beauty Therapist in 2016, her reputation is not to be established anymore within locals.
After running a successful home business for 3 years, she took over The Spa at Oaks Resort in December 2019 to extend her services to the tourists of Port Douglas. After becoming a mum of 2, sh decided in May 2025 to take over a second spa, The Spa at Hibiscus Resort, where she has been working in the past, and which always hold a special space in her heart…
